How long until it's actually running?
Content stack ships in five business days. A custom agent build typically runs two to four weeks depending on how many systems it has to talk to. Clone work is about two weeks from the recording session.
Do I need to be technical?
No. That's the whole point of hiring someone local. I handle the setup, the integrations, and the tuning. You get a system that works and a person you can text when it doesn't.
What if my customer data is sensitive?
Common in wellness, legal, and financial work. We scope data handling before anything gets built — de-identification, access limits, and keeping regulated records out of systems that shouldn't touch them.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Builds are one-time. Retainers are month to month — if the system stops earning its keep, you stop paying for it.
Do you only work with Maui businesses?
Maui first, statewide gladly, and remote when it's a fit. On-island clients get in-person setup and training — which is most of why this works.
Will an AI clone feel fake to my customers?
